"I am an Empath" Group Coaching

Life changed tremendously when I realized I was what people called an Empath. I had heard the term, but I never put labels on myself. I don't like to be boxed in or speak in absolutes, because there are so many layers to me. 

How could I identify with any one term? I always just described myself as "feeling vibes", "highly emotional", & even "crazy" in an endearing way. I always said my crazy was good crazy. It was when I started diving deeper into my healing work that I truly realized who I was & what everything I had experienced in my life meant. 

I was in one of my healing trainings and became highly emotional. I abruptly felt the strong urge to cry.  I couldn't breathe. I was falling into a deep hole and I was VERY afraid.  They had to stop that portion of the training, because it was that scary for me (and the class). I had not experienced anything like that before. 

One of the instructors took me outside of them room and said "Are you an empath?" What you were describing was exactly what one of the students who was working on you has been experiencing in her life for many years. She is struggling with PTSD". 

I said, "A what? A who?" and that night I dived in! I took an, "Are you an Empath" Test.  I answered yes to all 26 questions accept for 1, because the answer was "only sometimes".  Then, life made sense! I wasn't crazy or "too emotional".  I was who I was created to be and I fully became Nurse Dei!  I was still that emotional little girl who touched people to help them feel better but, now a fully grown professional walking in purpose! 

My 1 on 1 coaching program to help others find their purpose is called the Walk in Purpose Program.
