To cancel or reschedule, please call us AT LEAST 48 hours in advance. Appointments cancelled in less than 48 hours will be charged 50% of the appointment via the card on file or forfeit 50% of amount paid at online booking. No shows will be charged 100% of the appointment amount. Appointment fees are non-refundable. No exceptions.
