The feet are a map of the body. They are the foundation of all that you are physically. It is important that the feet receive proper care. Reflexology is an ancient technique that involves applying pressure to points on the feet that correlate to specific organs. Reflexology invokes the body's natural healing mechanisms, removes blockages in the body, promotes relaxation, enhances healing, and promotes overall balance in the body. In this class, you will learn: • Foot Reflexology • The history of reflexology • How reflexology affects the body • The benefits of reflexology • Reflexology techniques & treatments • Aftercare instructions • Contraindications for reflexology You will receive instruction, an educational packet, receive & perform foot reflexology with other students. Gloves & masks provided. *Class taught by a Registered Nurse, Licensed Massage Therapist, & Reflexologist
